Booking Policy
To secure your appointment at Hidden Jewels Oasis, all bookings must be made online. Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow for check-in and consultation if needed.
Some services may require a consultation before treatment. If your skin or health is not suitable for a scheduled service, an alternative treatment may be recommended.
By booking, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policies.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
No-shows may be charged up to the full service amount before future bookings can be accepted.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delays for the next client.
